Members of the House of Representatives’ committee on TETFund have paid a scheduled visit to the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), Ikorodu, for an on-the-spot assessment of TETFUND funded projects in the university.
The committee which visited on Wednesday, commended the institution for its prudent utilisation of public funds.
The delegation, comprising Mr. Uduma Nnaechi, Engr. Aliyu Muhammed, and Arc. Ugochukwu Ndukawuba, remarked that the purpose of the visit was to ascertain the university’s compliance with TETFUND project approvals and to inspect the quality of ongoing and completed projects to ensure value for taxpayers’ money.

After a tour of various sites on the campus, the lawmakers expressed satisfaction with the standard of work executed and lauded the university’s management for its commitment to excellence. They particularly praised the Vice Chancellor, Professor Olumuyiwa Odusanya, for his visionary leadership and the impactful transformation evident across the institution.
Speaking on behalf of the team, Mr. Uduma Nnaechi noted, “We are impressed with what we have seen. It is evident that the TETFUND interventions are being put to good use here at LASUSTECH.”

The Vice Chancellor thanked the committee for the visit, reaffirming the university’s dedication to transparency, quality education, and infrastructural development.
